The open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms cater perfectly for family and friends allowing effortless movement from one zone to another, making this an excellent house for entertaining and casual getaways. With polished timber flooring, fresh white walls and wood fire, this space is warm and cosy. A split system with heating and cooling plus ceiling fan provide comfort all year round. There are plenty of window to showcase the natural bush environment surrounding the property and with National Park directly across the road, the position is prime and provides a perfect balance of coast and country.

The walking tracks are fantastic for exploring or wander easily to Coogoorah Park, Anglesea Golf Course or River, all so close however providing a sense of tranquillity and abundance of wildlife. All conveniences are accessed by tracks that lead to main shops, cafes and restaurants and of course the beach!

The sun orientation showers the east facing veranda in morning light and then travels around to the fill the dining and living room, which means this house is never without light pouring through the windows and doors.
There are 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and all 3 have excellent Built in Robes, 2 with ceiling fans. The main bathroom off the hallway is also spacious and has both bath and shower, a laundry is also close by with outside access to the private garden.

A great undercover alfresco dining and seating area is a wonderful place for Spring and Summer BBQ’s to be enjoyed all day long. The garden is fully fenced and secure.

This property is great for coastal escape, your biggest decisions will be whether to start your day with a bush walk or hit the beach to embrace the surf.
