Walk into the nicely decorated living room, sit and relax while you enjoy watching your favorite show or movie on the smart tv. Walk outside onto the balcony from the living room to take in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully furnished with the latest appliances. The breakfast bar seats three. The dining room table seats four. The first bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite newly remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom has a Double-sized bed along with twin bed above. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. Located on the second floor; stairs are required to reach the entrance.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
