Back at your stay, appreciate effortless indoor/outdoor living. Mountain views work their way inside through the many large windows this home boasts. In one of the two living rooms, find yourself lounging on the soft furniture and visiting with those you love. In the second living room, cozy up by the warm, inviting fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. In the full kitchen, you'll enjoy utilizing the ample meal prep space, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. Heading into the bedrooms, appreciate wood finishings, comfortable bedding, and continued mountain views. Other perks this area features are the work desk, mudroom, and a private washer/dryer.

Heading outside, you'll be pleased to gather in the large yard, equipped with a grill and a sprawling enclosed space to run and play in. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
