Great hotel in Andorra
I enjoyed every single second of my stay in this hotel. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and well-informed. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is good: I slept very well. Location is excellent, as it's situated right on one of the main roads in the heart of Andorra La Vella: everything worth seeing and doing is within a few minutes walk. And best of all, the place is reasonably priced. Next time I'm in Andorra, I know where I'll be staying!

Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet. Rommet var godt, romslig og gjennomført god standard, men trafikkstøy om en hadde balkongdøren åpen. jeg vil spesielt framheve hotellets frokost-buffét, den var holdt høy standard, var delikat og variert. Servicen var upåklagelig.

Fantastisk god service på et meget bra hotell
Resepsjonisten som var på jobb på kvelden da vi kom fyker rett til topps på min ti-på-topp-liste over serviceinnstilte og hyggelige resepsjonister, og god kunnskap om Andorra hadde han. Flott hotell med nydelig utsikt fra rommet, helt OK frokost. Men hotellparkeringen er latterlig vanskelig å kjøre riktig til...

The arrival welcome was warm, and the staff in general were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the aircon worked sporadically and broke down completely the night before we checked out and it was too late to have it fixed. Other reviews have covered the difficulties with finding the parking, and they were correct. (Watch the video they send and read their instructions carefully. You end up, believe it or not, a few steps away from the hotel entrance.) I would add that the parking structure is very narrow and the up ramp is also the down ramp for exit but is not marked as such. All spaces are narrow. Parking here is not for the faint-hearted.

Please fix the shower!
Great location. But our room was very small compared to last year when we stayed there just my wife and I. The shower in the family room was built correctly. For example, if you turn it on to take a shower. Please, please close the shower door because the water from the shower will run out every where! Please fix this issue.

Walking distance to some attractions, shopping malls, and food. I booked two rooms with terrace and view but due to the weather, we’re not able to enjoy the terrace and view… One of the room’s shower head broke and hit my friend’s head. We told the receptionist named Fabrizio and he felt sorry for it. Please see photos provided. They did not offer anything…. I think that’s how it is ya… NH Hotel, Andorra! Parking is not free. Breakfast us 20.00 Euro.

Tardamos 30 hora por el trafico, le damos al timbre y nos dicen que ya no hay plazas porque otro cliente aparco sin reserva... basicamente no hacen su trabajo y no controlan sus recursos. Ni una disculpa ni nada.... Al final salio bien hay otro parking cerca que es mas barato. Pierden ellos.
