The ground floor with its raw stone flooring and opening onto the garden, consists of:

🍴 A high-end open kitchen, perfectly equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, Nespresso Vertuo Plus, kettle, toaster, dishes and complete utensils) to satisfy the most demanding food enthusiasts.

🧺 A discreet laundry room with washing machine and facilities complete this level.

🔑 Key Handover:

A concierge will welcome you upon arrival to hand over the keys and facilitate your stay. Please note that if you arrive:

- between 8pm and 11pm there is a supplement of 20 euros

- after 10pm, the supplement is 40 euros

A prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival.

Located in the small village of Andlau, one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the famous Alsace Wine Route. Just 30 km from Strasbourg, it is the perfect starting point to explore the region, whether for cultural visits, wine tastings or hiking in the surrounding area.



Our accommodation will be entirely yours. To best satisfy you during your stay:

- 📶 WiFi connection is free

- 🧺 Cleaning will be done

- 🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets, bedding for the sofa bed will be provided,

- 🧴 Clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and kitchen towels



House Rules:

🚭 This is a non-smoking property. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ in additional cleaning fees.



⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧹 It is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.



📝 The signature of a digital contract as well as your identification document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after your reservation, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during your stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
