«Amazing hotel that is both different and nice, but it has a few problems.
The problems are mostly in the restaurant area, things take too long if you order food or drinks, you might not even get what you order.
The buffets are ok but lack any continental touch.
Nobody speaks english, not a problem for me, but its a typical recurring thing in nice colombian hotels.
The rooms are a bit neglected, even if you pay for the most expensive ones, for some strange reason they shut down the most ...

«I loved everything about this hotel! It’s a super stylish hotel in a great location in Poblado. The staff were amazing, the room super perfect for my wife, son and I, and the complimentary restaurant breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a cool, vibrant and quiet area of Medellin. »

«What a beautiful place. Very comfortable bed, room was perfect size for just me. Food was delicious, staff was attentive, room was beautiful and clean. Very quiet place to stay & relax. Not much to do other than a massage or pool area. They do have activities outside the hotel if you’re interested. Great place! »

«Everything about this hotel was great.
The staff must be one of the friendliest staff members I've ever dealt with. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had.
The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of.
Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas.
Overall, we were really happy with our stay. ...
