«Caesar and Hermana, the couple who run this hotel went above and beyond in their efforts as hosts. They are very sweet people who will help you in any way that they can. At the end of my trip. they took me to the Old Quito Aeroport to catch the bus to the New Aeroport and charged me a very reasonable price. Senora Hermana went inside with me to make sure I got my ticket and I got on board the bus. I was by myself, but the next time I come to Quito, I'll be with my husband and we will always ...

«Cesar was warm and very inviting and a pleasure to get to chat with. Blue door is very close to voto nacional and other great sites, but it does sit very high on a hill which makes exploring on foot a little tougher. Nights in quito get quite cold and it can be especially rough walking to a seperate shared bathroom, although the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water.»

«Muy sencillo y antiguo el hotel. El ascensor no funciona. Por fortuna eran 3 pisos para subir con maletas. La habitación muy anticuada, el baño nada agradable. Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad.»
