A perfect cottage with Sacramento Riverfront with a comfy queen sized private bedroom with a couch and loveseat in the living area. In addition to the well equipped kitchen, including an outdoor barbecue, you may enjoy sharing the new 8 person saltwater pool and hot tub with our houseguests next door. (If you need more privacy, choose Ashley's Hideaway on the East end of the property.

The Yellow Cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway, a fisherman's retreat or a relaxing rest stop on an I-5 journey in Anderson. 1-3 guests can enjoy easy access from exit 670. Geese, otters, deer, and wild turkeys and even an eagle or two are treat to behold and rejuvenate the soul. Our 1 acre estate is at 4261 Story Ln also offers a 3 bedroom luxury house next door if you need more space. Start making fantastic memories together. Fast wifi, TV & electronic locks make for your time enjoyable. Yes, there is a desk so you can work remotely. Pet allowed with 65 fee.

This private 1BR cottage on the western edge of our property has a full kitchen and private shower and river access. There is a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom.

Imagine booking an excursion with an expert river guide to fish on the beautiful Sacramento River. Relax by the pool or soak in the 8 person hot tub before you sleep in your comfy bed. Both the living room and bedroom have televisions so you have options to enjoy where you relax. There is a microwave so you can quickly get some popcorn to watch a movie. You can easily prepare a meal in the full kitchen that comes with plenty of utensils. The fridge even has an ice maker. There is a table near the fridge where 2-3 people can share a meal together, or use the picnic table to enjoy eating outside.

The yellow cottage uses a digital lock with a 4 digit code. When you arrive, you can easily park two cars side by side at the Yellow Cottage.

Outdoors is shared space. We may have other guests in the house so consider the pool and hot tub as shared amenities. Our neighbourhood quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. This includes the hot tub and pool. No parties or late night activities are allowed.

The house next door and the large deck are off limits as we often host other guests so please respect their privacy as we ask them to respect yours

We live in a quiet neighbourhood on the dead end Story Lane in Anderson. We are just off exit 670 or Riverside Drive in Anderson past the Gaia Hotel. Living near the river allows us to enjoy being close to nature, but the birds may leave their calling card in random places.

There is no public transport in our area so you will need a car. There are car rentals at the airport if you fly in to Redding. We are only 3.5 miles away from the airport

Please lower the umbrella shades when not in use to prevent wind damage. If PGE cuts the power our back up generator should start up automatically within a few seconds. Our neighbor next door has an unique collection of antique farm items and wind chimes.
