The Space:

Welcome to Vernon Point, a lakeside retreat designed for relaxation, connection, and family fun. This single-level home offers a thoughtful layout and comfortable amenities, making it ideal for families, groups, and all-age travelers.



Bedrooms

The home features four bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements:

•Primary bedroom with a king bed

•Second bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed

•Third bedroom with two twin beds

•Bunk room with bunk beds, perfect for children



Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms, conveniently located to serve all bedrooms.



Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cook full meals or simple snacks with ease.



Living Area

The open living space includes a TV, comfortable seating, and central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable in all seasons.



Outdoor Spaces

Step outside to enjoy a private patio and balcony with seating areas, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit. Direct lake access allows for fishing, kayaking, or simply taking in the view from the shoreline.

Getting around is simple and convenient. Free parking is available on the property. Because Anacoco is a rural area, having a car is highly recommended for exploring the lake, nearby towns, and local attractions at your own pace.



The nearest major airport is Alexandria International Airport (AEX), located about 1.5 hours away by car.



Other Things to Note:

Vernon Point is stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable. You'll find quality linens, extra blankets, plush bath towels, and beach towels available for your use. Inside, enjoy a selection of board games, card games, and Smart TVs for entertainment.



Please remember to bring personal items such as sunscreen, bug spray, and toiletries for your time at the lake.



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
