The bedrooms are thematically designed to resemble an aqua holiday, promising guests an experience they will never forget. 

The manicured gardens, overlooking the lush greenery, feature a well-laid walking path that allows guests to soak up the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The massive private swimming pool, featuring a rain shower area, offers guests the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The private, outdoor jacuzzi is another perfect place for guests to take in the serene surroundings while enjoying a de-stressing soak. However, the focal point of the home remains the Submarine-like structure, which is brimming with a spectrum of experiences - right from the aqua-themed wallpapers to the bar. Days here begin with an elaborate breakfast, specially prepared from home-grown seasonal vegetables. Each bedroom boasts a unique theme and promises a distinct experience. With a curated selection of indoor games, the afternoons are best spent indoors with your loved ones. As the day progresses, we recommend heading to the private swimming pool. Come evening, request for a bonfire to be lit up, best savoured in the company of a piping hot barbecue meal. Unwind and relax in the submarine that will make you feel like you are in a real submarine. Head over to the private deck and stargaze. Go home with a bag of memories. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
- It is a 4-seater jacuzzi that can be accessed at no additional cost.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the store and the staff quarters. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

HOUSE RULES & HOMETRUTHS
- All-male groups and unmarried couples are not allowed.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 5 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Guests will need to pay a security deposit ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000. However, during the occasion of an event, the security deposit will increase accordingly.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
- Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.
- Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
