Stayed here last week, Worst Hilton experience ever , small e.g , could not find the hairdryer in the bathroom where it should be,front desk didn't know , they send someone, turns out, was hidden in the dark closet in a black bag, than I go to bathroom , it was a 3 pin plug n no socket in bathroom, again waited for someone to come who said have to use the one in the room. Seriously? Could not turn on kettle for coffee, again front desk couldn't tell me why, guy comes in as said master switch needs to be on, on one occasion needed a thermometer and requested front desk, said they will send , never happened or even called. I had a cold so friend of mine gave me home made chicken broth , requested guest relations if I can get it heated or have microwave access, she said he will call me n let me know, never heard back from her.
Honestly I would never stay at this Hilton ever again , if if it was for free. Also too busy to write a reviews, this my first in my 30 year travel history, this one I had to, so can warn others . Such a disappointment,
