This lovely property was right off the water and perfect for late night fires on their deck or early morning coffees. Our hosts were very friendly and full of good information. I only wished we could’ve stayed longer!

We had a fantastic stay at the lake house. The pictures don't do it justice. It is right on the water with beautiful views from the windows and great outdoor seating on the patio and dock. House was clean, check in was simple. There is more than enough room and it is fully stocked. Hosts are fabulous. We look forward to our next visit!

Our girls' weekend at this lake house was absolutely perfect! There were 6 of us celebrating 30 years since graduating from college together, and this home couldn't have been a better place to reconnect, relax, and make new memories together. The location was ideal-right on the lake with beautiful views, yet just a short drive to great shopping, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We loved spending the morning exploring the area, the afternoon by the water, and evenings gathered together on the patio overlooking the lake. The home was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having wonderful areas to gather. It truly felt like a home away from home. We all agreed we'd love to come back and would highly recommend this property. Thank you for helping make our special weekend so memorable!

My sons and I stayed at the lake house for a wedding that was held in Bedford, NH. It was a great decision as opposed to staying in a hotel. Despite the horrible weather, the view from the kitchen and living space was beautiful. Great having our morning coffee looking at that view. The hosts were welcoming. Everything was top-notch.

This house is absolutely stunning inside and out. The views surrounding the home are breathtaking. The inside is well appointed with little touches that make such a welcoming feeling. Mike and Sue are amazing hosts! This trip was beyond fabulous because of their kindness, friendliness and over the top hospitality! We are already planning our next trip to Baboosic Lake.

I stayed at this property with three girl friends on a golf getaway. The house had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, with plenty of seating and cozy blankets for the cool evenings, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The views of the lake were beautiful and visible on three sides of the home. This is a 5 star rental property that I’d highly recommend!

The property is absolutely stunning — a perfectly appointed lake house that is wonderfully cozy. Waking up every morning to water views and stepping right out onto the patio that overlooks the lake was wonderful. We even enjoyed our morning walks over to the town beach and back. It is super quiet here! We had such a peaceful break from the world. Our daughter and her fiancé live close by, and they enjoyed a day of kayaking and floating. There are several floats and kayaks available to use, and Mike and Suzan will provide additional ones if you want. Suzan and Mike are the gold standard of hosts. Their thoughtfulness is evident in every single detail — the house was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we could need. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even took us for a boat ride around the lake on our last night. The space has plenty of room, a beautiful outdoor area for cookouts on the grill provided, and an unbeatable location right on the water. There is really nothing missing in this home; it is so fully stocked. The tree outside even has fairy lights on it at night that are beautiful! This lake house exceeded every expectation. We left feeling rested, rejuvenated, and deeply grateful to Suzan and Mike for sharing their slice of paradise with us. Would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.

A magical stay

Where do I start? Baboosic Lake is a clean, quiet, magical and peaceful lake. Sue and Mike took great care to ensure my family had a wonderful trip. We were able to escape the hustle and bustle of life and truly enjoyed their spotless home, lake and the surrounding area while on vacation. Before we drove away from the home, we were already planning on our return.

Unforgettable Stay

We were in NH for a high school graduation, and I chose Mike and Sue’s beautiful lake home because it checked all the boxes: a king sized bed, A/C in case of a heat wave, a big inviting kitchen, and those incredible views. Five people and more than enough space for all of us. I must say, even though we were 45 minutes away from the graduation events, the drive back and forth was absolutely worth it!Mike and Sue are the most welcoming, thoughtful hosts. We didn’t go without a single amenity. The neighborhood is peaceful but still has a friendly, warm vibe. I’m already looking forward to book another trip here!

Beautiful views. Fantastic patio. Attentive, onsite hosts. Mike welcomed me upon my arrival and let me know about floats and kayaks to enjoy on the lake. He came down to the dock a little while later to let me know that since we turned on the AC, we need to close the upstairs windows. He insisted on closing them up himself so we could enjoy the water. So thoughtful! He even stopped by the next morning while we were on the patio to water the flowers and offered to take us on his boat the next day. My group had so much fun. We were all impressed that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. The house was clean and cozy. Great stay!

Wonderful experience!

Sue and Mike were so welcoming. When they saw a baby with us they ran right out and bought a baby gate. Mike took us for a ride on the power boat. We kayaked around the lake on the two kayaks. We saw bunnies, loons, ducks and a beautiful bald eagle. The house had everything we needed for a big group. It was wonderful. The views on three sides of the house were wonderful. It would be wonderful for a wedding party or any family get away!
