Hoteller nær Amelia Island State Park

«Clean and new hotel. Good for one night but also great for longer stays. Has the possibility of cooking and a big fridge. (That do make some noise but that is expected). Quite and good location. Really helpful and service minded staff :)»

«Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay»

«Room was clean but definitely showing signs of wear and age, sink didn’t drain all the way and there were a lot of rust marks. Just over dingy appearance»

«The room was fine. Built in 1904 so it is what you would suspect. Pool was full of leaves. The caretaker greeted us and told us she would prepare breakfast (frittatas etc) for us and we would eat around 8:30am-9:00am. We were downstairs around 8:30 and no sight of anyone. Two other couples came down and we waited until 9:45am. There was no “we are working on it or anything”. Actually no noise from the kitchen at all. All three couples left looking for breakfast. You can’t call it a bed and ...

«We were given Excellent rooms and even though it is an older hotel it was well maintained. Only thing that wasn’t good was the coffee in the office and the pastries»

«The location is excellent, great amenities, good parking and very clean the only bad thing was that the pillows are the most terrible thing I have had in a hotel in yrs and travel for work a lot and roadtrip all yr and boy this was tge worst but everything else fine and the service top notch»

«Very nice stay. Facility seemed quite new.»

«Nice pool. Close to beach.»

«Everything is perfect!!!»

«It’s a clean and nice hotel right at the beach with restaurants with live music. Sunrise and sunset were great. Parking with reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious specially cappuccino and muffins. Nothing to complain. We would like to go back and stay in this hotel. I would like to thank again to the receptionist a woman that I forgot her name but she was very nice and sweet. We didn’t find shark teeth but next time we will. Beautiful beach not crowded.»

«A beautiful place»

«We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!»

«Staff was incredibly helpful and caring, (as always). Bathroom floor could use some work as the floor was coming up in some areas. This is likely because the showers here do not keep the water inside very well and even a short shower will allow enough water out to soak the floor and towels placed there. Location is great. Lots of walkable shopping and food options. Back parking lot has enough room for an RV or a U-Haul.»
