«The staff was courteous, patient and understanding about my needs as I had a lot of questions for what I wanted to do and where to go during my stay. They were also careful not to put their guests at any risks because there was a day where the weather conditions were not favorable, and any excursions for snorkeling and scuba diving were cancelled, but rescheduled for better weather.
