«This hotel was really nice and clean. The room was spacious and the Ac was the best. The food was good , I really like everything. The night activity was good but they need to improve . The weather is insane, soooo hot , I would recommend more areas with AC in the hotel like the lobby and restaurant so people will have more comfort»

«We stayed here for just **one night in Leticia** and had a very good experience. The hotel appears to be **new, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable**. The mattress was especially comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were **friendly and helpful**, although English is somewhat limited, so a little Spanish can be useful. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Overall, a **comfortable and pleasant stay with spacious rooms and great value**. I would ...

«Great hotel for a quick turnaround back to the airport the next day. Had everything we needed and was very clean.»

«Buen lugar, habitaciones amplias, con todo lo necesario para descansar. El servicio muy bien.»

«Las camas están sobre gaveras todo es un desastre»

«The hotel in it self is good. Just remember that you don’t pay extra for dinner when booking through hotels.com because you will still have to pay for dinner at the hotel. When checking out I tried to explain to the lady in the reception that I had paid extra for dinner but she refused. She even showed me the reciept that clearly said half board. I tried to explain to her that this means breakfast and dinner but she refused and said no. I tried to translate half board to spanish but she still ...

«The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! »

«Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.»

«The place is okay but far away from the center transportation may be cost you a little.. also the place don’t refund customers if you change places»

«Great service. Food was ok»

«We stayed at On Vacation Amazon near Leticia from 31 October to 3 November 2025. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I would not recommend this property nor the affiliated SelvaTours operator to other travellers. 🏨 Hotel — On Vacation Amazon What initially appeared to be a jungle escape quickly became an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. Key issues encountered: • Misleading package & food situation Our booking ($341.87 AUD, double standard room, ...

«The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken ...

«From the moment we arrived, Esteban and Vanessa went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. They picked us up, helped us settle in, and thoughtfully arranged our tours with such care and attention to detail—it felt like staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. Every meal prepared by the staff was delicious, fresh, and made with love. We were always looking forward to what was next! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—easily one of the cleanest places ...

«My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Buru Hotel. Everything from the moment you check in is absolutely wonderful. From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. We are so glad we chose this ecological hotel, it really made our Amazonian experience so much fun.»
