«The hotel has a wonderful appearance, as many of the original 1500s features are still visible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is easily walkable to the old city and departure point for the river excursion boats. The buffet at first seemed pricey, but was worth it - good service, delicious food. I will stay there again on my next visit to Strasbourg.»

«Perfectly situated close to the cathedral and 10-15 min walk from the railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff; glühwein and honey-cake in the lobby (its close to Christmas); good breakfast. Try to avoid 5th (top) floor, the volume of the room is reduced because of the ceiling. I could just stand upright in the shower and I am average height. Add the fact that the elevator stops at 4tht flor. Those two things are my only small cooments on the negative side. I highly recommend this hotel.»

«The hotel is good considering the price range and its relative proximity to the airport. However, there was an issue with the advertised shuttle service. Although the instructions for locating the shuttle pick-up point were clear and helpful, upon reaching "Parking Express," there were no signs indicating the transfer. The shuttle itself was a regular taxi with no distinguishing markers other than the typical taxi sign. I only discerned I was in the right place after overhearing a conversation ...
