"We were off to a bad start at check in and got an occupied room. The situation was sorted out quickly and the staff did all they could in such an embarrassing situation. The hotel was clean, and the service good. The food in the restaurant was great. The only drawback for the hotel that is a bit far from the train station in San Lazzaro, 35 minutes walk but that is not their fault. The bus to Bologna Centre is just outside the hotel, but to the train station there was none. We stayed here for the Imola GP 2025 and all in all we feel that we are very satisfied with the stay. "
