On the whole, I have a fairly good experience. Given there are two hotels (with a total of three towers), it was confusing to reach the closest and most appropriate registration desk to the room I was assigned. A better communication approach will help the guest park the car and get to the most convenient registration desk. Although I arrived at the regular check in time, my room was not ready, which was a bit annoying. Then, the digital key I received did not work properly on the elevator so I have to return to the front desk to get another key. Once settled, I had enjoyed the nice and clean room. The steak house was excellent in terms of food and service. The casino was fine but a bit too much smoke from smokers. Unfortunately, I have to leave very early the next morning so I don't get to enjoy any down time for fitness and breakfast. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the facility and the service.
