The vast, remaining Open Downstairs area has a Sunken Family Room with large Smart TV and enormous wrap-around seating; a Massive Stone 2 Story Fireplace, Formal Dining Table & Chairs for 10 ( we can offer more tables & chairs if needed ); fabulous, fully equipped Chef's Kitchen with long Center Island with professional Stove/Oven and Stainless Steel Appliances makes it a joy to make a cup of coffee or cook the family, Holiday feast!; off Kitchen is 1/2 Bath and Laundry Room with full size Washer/Dryer.

Entire Downstairs offers Views of Mountains and beautiful county landscape - and open onto a
2000 sq. ft. Wrap Around Deck with Barbecue and outdoor seating/dining ~ to enjoy a glass of

Wide Staircase leads to 2nd level -an Open Loft area ( Gentleman's Lounge ) with 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers, 2 Smart TV's, Cowboy Bar with stools, Pool Table and several Card Tables.
Bedroom#4 with King bed and Bedroom#5 with King bed share the Full, Hall Bath with Claw foot Tub/Shower combo.

Outside has Bar Hut with Dancing floor; Massive areas for holding Special Events ( Weddings,
Corporate Retreats, Yoga/Health Retreats, etc. ~Contact us with your Dates for Rates and information if this type of Reservation is desired ); CornHole, Horseshoe court, Frisby-Desk-Golf, Walking Trails and access to Common Area Pool & Spa down hill.

Lap Pool/Spa is fully fenced. Additional $ 100/night charge to Heat either the Pool or Spa from April through October; Non-Heated Lap Pool & Spa open all year around;
No Diving or Glass Dishes/glasses/bottles allowed. Children should not be allowed without Adult Supervision. *Important = Please Inform Us When Booking between April-October ...
IF you will want Pool or Spa Heated- *IF Pool and/or Spa Heater Not Shut Off after use, there will be additional charges.

We are fur baby friendly...but we do ask that you "pick up" after your pet. Additional fees may occur for dog waste. We limit 2 pets per visit and charge a Non Refundable Pet Fee We ask to be informed of size/breed & age of pets.
