The cabin features a full bath with stand-up shower and all the essentials, a Sleep Number queen bed, and a pull-out couch to accommodate two additional guests. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, and utensils. Dishes are washed in the shed and the water used for a 30 gal. pond. Enjoy cooking on the two-burner gas cooktop or grill located on the porch. A propane firepit is provided for cozy evenings on the porch, and a traditional firepit is also available, though please note that wood fire use may be restricted during a county-wide burn ban. A mini-split wall unit offers both A/C and heat for year-round comfort. Stay connected with Starlink high-speed internet, ensuring you can work or stream during your stay.

Relax in the cabin's living area, complete with a 40-inch Roku smart tv, soundbar and Dish TV for entertainment. The porch boasts stunning views of Big Bend National Park and Rosillo Peak, making it the perfect spot for unwinding.
