Nice hotel,good food and very good service. But rooms really need a upgrade. Room I stayed was not worth that price at all and should have been renovaded years ago

old hotel but cheap
the hotel is old with not the best rooms. will not call this 4 star hotel. the food is good. I was probably unlucky with my room that did not have windows and it was extremely hot in the room. I did not sleep at night. The Hotel stuff was kind.

個室含めてホテル全体が清潔じゃない。見える所、目立つ所だけ掃除している。個室のカーペットに信じられないくらい髪の毛が落ちていて、明らかに掃除機すらかけていない。 どのスタッフからもホスピタリティを感じられなかった。

Leaving the hotel premises, I witnessed a distressing scene of a man physically assaulting a woman, causing a public outcry. Despite the evident commotion, approximately ten bystanders remained passive, declining to intervene. Shockingly, even the security guard on duty abstained from taking any action. Upon alerting the hotel management via phone, my friend was assured that the situation was being handled, despite the ongoing violence inflicted on the woman just outside the hotel premises, resulting in severe facial injuries.

Free shuttle service “included” in the hotel amenities doesn’t exist in fact. Had to pay for a taxi cab to get in there and back to airport

This hotel is dated, dark and depressing. This hotel is okay if you need a place to stay in between flights, but not good for a holiday stay. We booked the hotel for three nights, but stayed for one night. When we checked in, we were ignored and finally another person came to check us in because the other girl was talking to another employee. While trying to check in a disagreement took place between the employees which was loud and made me feel uncomfortable. We wanted to go swimming and relax; however the pool didn’t open until 1:00 PM and when we did get to the pool area, it was dark and not relaxing at all. We were told the breakfast buffet was from 7:00 to 10:00, but at 8:30AM a cold breakfast of hard cooked eggs with warm yogurt and vegetables was delivered to our door. Don’t bother putting out the Do Not Disturb sign because the ignored the sign. Also there was no seasoning on the food and no salt/pepper was brought either. You would think someone would ask why we were checking out two days early, but no no one even noticed we were checking out early. This was not a good experience at all.

Останавливались с женой на ночь, проезжая транзитом через Алматы. Недалеко от аэропорта, 20 мин. езды на авто.Приветливо встретила администратор. Абсолютно приемлемые цены. В номере очень чисто. Все необходимое есть. Плюс махровые халаты. Утром предложили ранний завтрак, шведский стол в ресторане, и трансфер в аэропорт за очень умеренную плату. Отелю пять баллов однозначно. Рекомендую.

Es war schrecklich!
Wir haben das Hotel im Internet reserviert und wollten vor Ort bezahlen. Da sagte man uns (aus welcher Grund auch immer), dass wir mehr bezahlen müssen. Da wir damit nicht einverstanden waren, durften wir nach einigen Diskussionen den im Internet angezeigten Preis zahlen. Später haben wir erfahren, dass die Masche mit der Aufpreis bei manchen Besuchern funktioniert hat. Das Zimmer war groß, dreckig und stank nach Treibstoff. Das Bad beschäftigt und verschimmelt. Die vorhandenen Tassen waren benutzt und klebten an den Untertassen. Nach unserer Beschwerde hat die Putzfrau die Tassen in unserem Bad ausgespült. Das Buffet beinhaltete NICHTS. Es gab etwas Undefinierbares, das nicht mal beschriftet war, vom Geschmack ganz zu schweigen. Allgemein ist das Hotel ziemlich heruntergekommen, außerdem ist es sehr weit von Almaty entfernt. Das Hotel ist ganz und gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Positif est la propreté de la chambre. Mais il faudrait traiter le problème des pigeons dans le balcon Négatif : - A notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas réservée et il fallait expliquer à la réception avec nos preuves que nous avions déjà payé l’hôtel. Apparemment il a manqué une communication en interne... . Heureusement qu'une chambre qui correspondait à nos besoins était disponible et qu'ils ont avec leur recherche retrouvé des traces de notre paiement. - Il faudrait améliorer les produits alimentaires pour les petit-déjeuners - Il n'y a pas de navette gratuite aéroport / hôtel contrairement à ce qu'ils disent dans leur annonce

Ok between flights
Well, a little bit divided experience. I chose this hotel because it was one of closest to the airport, and it had free airport shuttle. Later I found out, that the free airport shuttle is for arrival only, but it's ok, especially when the driver was on of most effecive taxi drivers ever. Outside looked promising, Saturday evening, and barbecue on patio. The reception was ok, and the Lady begind desk one of loveliest I have met. Check in was done with professionality, but with personal attitude. Then I got in the room, which was ok, although little worn out, as whole hotel looked to be. Magnetic door lock and missing (someone broke it before my visit) security chain created slightly uncomfort feeling about the general safety.. The restaurant and lounge looked to be very lively, unfortunately I had an early flight.. No experience about the breakfast, because of early flight again. So, ok place for one night, but I would not spend my holiday here. A party weekend maybe :D. And the bed was hard.

I regret I haven’t read reviews before booking. This is a typical (for CIS countries) near-train station hotel - drunk and aggressive people, loud music, smells, etc. No sound proof at all. The only reason I booked it is because I needed a hotel close to the airport to spend a night there - and in fact I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Please don’t make my mistake

Very handy airport nightstop. Good personal early morning drop-off for my flight, (05.00) by hotel-s own vehicle = reliablity!. Selection of barfood or bog underused ballroom restaurant . Useful praduktt (grocery) over the road so no need to starve.

Good location, excellent service.
The location is good. The reception staff speak excellent English and Chinese and were very helpful. Very good breakfast and restaurant. We ended up stay there three nights more there because we liked it so much.

Felt scammed by the hotel
We felt almost robbed by the hotel on two occasions, leaving a bad taste. The more I think about it the more I felt we were part of a scam. We asked the hotel to order us a taxi. When it arrived we were told the price and confirmed it on the drivers phone with the email from the hotel listing the price (5000). When we returned the driver requested more (14000). No one at the hotel would help us or stand up for us. All five at reception just stood there watching this man shout at us threatening to call the police. I said he should. I didn't want to go to jail so Infront of all the staff handed over the cash. The driver then shook all there hands (they were clearly friends) and walked off. Afterwards the receptionist said "yea you paid too much". The second occasion was the hotels laundry service. Three pairs of socks, a Tshirt and a pair of boxers cost £12/€14/$15.
