On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open-plan living area featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make meal preparation and clean-up effortless. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience. The space opens onto a lovely terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days and al fresco dining.
Upstairs, the first floor houses four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a double bed and a balcony, while the third offers a double bed as well. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children or friends, with two single beds and a balcony. All bedrooms include storage space and come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The three bathrooms are all equipped with clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything needed to freshen up after a day of exploration.
The property is located in a residential area and you may occasionally hear the noise of animals from neighboring properties. However, the property does not accept animals or parties.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
