This delightful 40² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a classic and countryside style, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

Upstairs in the mezzanine, the sleeping space is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the charming coastal area of Caparica, this destination offers the perfect mix of relaxation and local authenticity. Known for its long sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere, the area is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea, fresh seafood, and spectacular sunsets. The coastline attracts locals and visitors who come for surfing, beach walks, or to unwind at one of the many seaside cafés and restaurants.

Beyond the beach, visitors can explore a peaceful community with small shops, local markets, and dining options reflecting Portugal’s coastal culture. Its proximity to Lisbon makes it a convenient getaway for those looking to escape the city while remaining close to urban attractions. Whether you’re here for a peaceful retreat or a lively beach day, Caparica captures the essence of Portugal’s relaxed seaside lifestyle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. There is free parking on the street, depending on availability.

The nearest bus station, Porto Brandão (Rua 1º Maio 65), is just a one-minute walk away. The ferry to Lisbon (Porto Brandão) is a 240-meter walk away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
