Designed with entertainment in mind, the home offers a bounty of family-friendly amenities and features including a large deck, games, and instruments.

The spacious, two-story interior features upstairs and downstairs living areas, plus a dedicated game room equipped with a library of books and selection of classic card/board games. Musicians in the group can entertain with an acoustic guitar and piano available for guest use. Enjoy fireside conversation in the main floor great room or head upstairs for shows and movies on the Roku TV in the loft living area. For a little bit of friendly competition, there's a Ping-Pong table in the garage.

The full, island kitchen comes well-equipped for home-cooking with updated, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the adjacent dining table is set for six.

Enjoy golf course views from the private deck and fire up the gas grill for summertime barbecues.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
