«Stayed two nights with my family (kids 8 and 11). Not top rating beacuse had a very noisy AC in our room. Had to turn if of on the second night, because it made to much noise and was blowing straight on me. Perfect beach, very nice area with good restaurants. Will come back, but then I will probably book a suite.»

«Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. »

«Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction.»

«The condo was very comfortable! The pictures and description were accurate. Kitchen was more than equipped. We have never had a VRBO kitchen with as many cooking accessories. We enjoyed the screen porch every evening! So close to many restaurants and shops! Will definitely come again!»

«Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. »

«This unit is in a great location and steps from the beach. Although our unit was small, it was all we needed for a quick 2 night get-a-way. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the limited kitchen amenities were just enough to keep us fed. Appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. For a longer stay I would suggest one of the second or third floor units but for the money, the first floor and sand right outside of the door this was a great place.»
