This gorgeous and large five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is located on the Private Island of the gated community of Bimini Bay Resort & Marina. With 4,252 square feet of air-conditioned space, Bimini Bay is in a highly secluded, gated community and is suitable for a family or a bigger party. The architectural style of this residence makes the most of the breathtaking vistas.
This villa is great for families or larger groups. The master bedroom having a king bed and a master bath. The villa has a furnished 1200 sq ft open-air/covered patio, with doors opening to the outside tropical wind. The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to the patio, the third bedroom has a double bed, the fourth bedroom has a double bed, and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Other amenities include an espresso machine, a standard coffee maker, an ice machine that can produce up to 800 pounds of ice per day, a stackable washer and dryer, all linens and towels, cable television in every bedroom, and FREE high-speed Internet/WIFI. Dockage is included with the house, as well as water and shore power. We have a 40ft floating dock to protect your vessel and can accommodate up to 100ft in dockage.
