This newly built house is in a prime location: just cross the street and you’re on the beach.
Nearby: supermarkets, banks, post office, beach bus stop, etc.
Walking along the Bousquet promenade and enjoying the enchanting sunset, after 800 meters you can visit the splendid historic center of Alghero. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 500.00 euros must be left; it will be refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage.
The space
The house is located across from the summer bars, the heart of the nightlife.
Due to the presence of stairs, the house is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
