No service!! No smiles!! Unhappy employees!! No helpful staff!! No information to get.!! Your paying 500 euro’s to get this experience.! On arrival you will receive 2 towel card if you need to change your towels, you would need this two cards. If you loos this cards you have to pay 20 euros for each. All over all this is a ripoff no doubt it’s not worth it. I been in okey 3 stars and even they have better breakfast for their guest!!! Stay far away from this hotel is my recommendation, you can easily find much better other options for what you’re paying for!!!!

Fornøyd og misfornøyd
Veldig fint hotell men er preget av at det er noen år gammelt. Virket ikke som at de vasket kjempebra ettersom det var merker på veggene etter at noen hadde tatt på det, støv i hjørnene. Vi ble møtt av et rom som også holdt 29°, vi brukte lang tid på å få temperaturen ned. Etterlot et kort i sensoren for å kjøle ned ekstra når vi ikke var på rommet men da tok de kortet, de la det ikke på siden eller noe sted i rommet men kastet det faktisk. Vi fant også fler skjeggete på rommet og noen ormer i dusjen. De sa de skulle ta å vaske skikkelig men de var tilbake dagen etter. Maten var helt okei, men den var overraskende billig, så for en gangs skyld følte jeg faktisk at jeg betalte for det jeg fikk på et 5-stjerners hotell. Veldig fint bassengområde. Veldig fint område og nede ved stranden noe som anbefales på det sterkeste

Flott hotell med fint rom, stort og flott bassengområde og hage. God frokostbuffet og flere restauranter på hotellet. Kun noen minutters gange ned til stranda. Ca. 10 min med taxi inn til Albufeira, evt. en fin gåtur på 40 min. Veldig fornøyd.

Delikat hotell med super beliggenhet
Veldig fint hotell med nydelig og delikat bassengområde, og kort vei til supre strender! Alt er rent og ordentlig. Mangler siste finessen/ekstra service for å kunne kalle seg et 5-stjernes hotell - mer som et 4-stjernes. Uansett - jeg hadde gjerne bodd her igjen, og kan absolutt anbefales om man vil bo litt utenfor sentrum av Albufeira og all støyen som er der. NB! Flere skjulte restaurant perler i lokalområdet!

Fin beligghet med tanke på tilgang til stranden og kysten. Men ligger litt langt unna matvarebutikk, og utenom sesongen er det lite som er åpent i nærheten av hotellet. Hotellet er ellers veldig fint og holder bra standard.

Alt for dyrt!
Helt greit rom, men ikke verdt pengene. Vasken burde vært på et bad, ikke i gangen. Gratis kaffe på rommet var bare første dagen. Fra dag 2 kostet det to euro pr kapsel. Vi ønsket oppgradering pga dårlig beliggenhet av rom( på marka), skulle få beskjed dag to men hørte ikke mer. Kjedelig beliggenhet, kun leiligheter og hoteller rundt. God frukost.

Veldig fornøyd.
Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt her. Eneste negative her var at vi bestilte et rom med sjøutsikt, som er noe dyrere enn andre rom, og når vi så utsikten så var det mer trær vi så enn sjø og sjøen var et stykke unna i tillegg. Vi klagde såklart på dette og de fikset det slik at vi fikk et rom nærmere sjøen med bedre utsikt. Når man bestiller rom med sjøutsikt bør man spesifiere rom nærmest sjøen da det er rom med sjøutsikt som er lengre unna.

We had an interesting stay. It’s a more remote location, so if you don’t have a car you need to Uber which was readily available. We had requested twin, and on arrival the bed was made double. We had the furthest walk as right on the end of the floor. Reception staff (Robnson), cleaning staff, younger man in Arabian bar and shorter man doing egg station in 7 seas were exceptional, however others were rude and obviously prioritised locals over serving English. I had a small injury as reception recommended getting ice from the pool bar, yet when we got there they were very reluctant and unhappy to do so. The hotel facilities are getting tired in general, including the boardwalk down to the beach. I would only recommend this as a long weekend stay as there are better options to be found. Could do a lot better.

This property is nothing but beautiful and in a peaceful location, though I would day some of the services in the pool bar area was not upto the standards one would expect as a 5 start resort. Furthermore, vegetarian options were very limited for lunch and dinners. Breakfast, however was excellent! Shoutout to Isabella on the reception desk, she was excellent!! Made my check- in process so smooth. Loved the hotel beach, quite spot to relax and kayaks were available too to venture out on some water sport activity.

The property and surrounding area was lovely, but despite daily requests for vegan options for breakfast and dinner pre-paid for and emailed to hotel it was very limited. Last afternoon asked if they could make a vegan burger for evening and was given risotto and only buffet food was carbs rice and chips but saw on bar menu vegan burger. So service was poor in that respect. Also drinks prices very high, shower gel and shampoo in room but no conditioner. Received a bottle of wine for using Expedia but no cork screw, when asked for one told I would be charged room service fees

Bel établissement à 300 mètres de la plage. 3 piscines sont une intérieure. Personnel agréable sauf à l’accueil qui ne dit même pas bonjour. Par contre , de mauvaises odeurs permanentes provenant des canalisations de la sdb qui embaument la chambre. Je l’ai signalé mais … Un fitness center avec de vieilles machines qui ne sont pas entretenues. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement qui a un magnifique parc arboré. À 2 km du centre ville ; il faut donc avoir un véhicule ; c’etait notre cas donc parfait pour aller manger dans le vieux albufeira

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great food, rooms were great. Overall fantastic hotel, however the Spa in the hotel was a bit of a let down as we paid extra to access however no one told us the sauna , hydropall and more were not currently working. Talking to someone who uses it on the reglar at the hotel this had been broken for over a week yet didnt think to tell us. Woud have just used the pool otherwise. Staff in the spa didnt seam to care too much about it when notified. Would have been 5 stars if not for this as spa was why we chose the hotel in the end.

It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Stayed for 7 nights and got a room upgrade which was great! It has good access to the beach, spa facilities are nice. Staff was helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, but the buffet dinner option was was worth the price, since most restaurants nearby were still closed, we ended up eating a lot at the chill bar. The food was tastey but menu is limited. Old town shuttle service only goes twice a day so if you miss it, uber is the only option to go around. All in all it was a good stay. I would recommend the hotel!

Upgrade niet ontvangen omdat al de meest opgewaardeerde kamer was geboekt. Uitstekend verblijf. Zowel ontbijt als diner zeer verzorgd en van goede kwaliteit. Kamer mocht eerder in gebruik worden genomen dan de gangbare incheck tijd. Zeker 4 uur eerder.

Hervorragend gepflegte Anlage, sehr nettes Personal, tolles Buffet, klasse Lage mit gigantischem Blick! Leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und an manchen Stellen etwas zu „minimalistisch“ (lieblos) eingerichtet. Mit wenigen Optimierungen & Ausbesserungen könnte hier ein echtes Juwel stehen. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt aber leider „nur“ 4/5 Sterne.

Schöne Anlage direkt am Meer, super Strand mit schönen Wanderwegen. Anlage könnte hier und da etwas renoviert werden, unser Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Frühstück der absolute Hammer.

Nice stay that could have been better
A decently priced low season getaway. The resort could use some repairs and updates, but overall was quite spacious and offered quite a few amenities despite being the low season for vacationing. A bike race was taking place in Albufiera on the day of our arrival that closed all routes to the hotel for the day, which the hotel failed to inform us about ahead of time, so we had to spend hours at a mall waiting for the race to end before being able to check into the hotel. A message was sent the day before check in via whatsapp to inquire if anything was needed prior to arrival, which was very nice, but lacking in information regarding the race that closed all routes to the hotel's location for the day. This failure to communicate really made a very poor first impression, but after the delayed arrival, the hotel did a decent job in providing an enjoyable stay.

Bel hôtel avec des chambres très spacieuses. Le service est impeccable. L'accès à la plage est agréable mais présente des difficultés pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Beau jardin. On peut y voir le lever et le coucher du soleil. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel est très professionnel. On le recommande.
