Weekend tour Vilamoura
En kort weekendtur hvor vi ønsket beliggenhet nært Vilamoura marina. Hotellet har normal standar som forventes av ett 4 stjeners hotel. Bar og restaurant god frokost og godt om parkeringsplass hvis du kommer med bil. Hotellet ligger i en prisklasse som for oss var grei.

Store rom
God beliggenhet i Vilamoura. Stort dobbeltrom med plass til et barn på ekstraseng og i et i reiseseng. Rommet var rent. Fint bassengområde og god frokost.

Perfekt golfferie
Perfekt beliggenhet, 1 min å gå til marinaen og 300 meter til en nydelig strand. Store, rene rom. Svært gode senger. Gratis shuttlebuss til alle Oceanicabanene, så her kan man bo uten leiebil. Frokosten er helt grei, men den var den eneste vi ikke var helt fornøyd med. Fjerde gangen vi var her i år og vi skal tilbake neste år. Det optimale golfsted

Flott utsikt. Komfortabelt rom og senger. Meget bra. Litt rølpete frokostopplegg der ting ikke var i orden. Rent, god service, faciliteter og beliggenhet.

If you just need a place to sleep
Got to check inn before the given check inn time, but the room was not made up. Got a new room quickly. Very small and tight elevators, room for max. 4 people. Had to wait for breakfast because of capacity.

Flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. 1 min gange fra marinaen . Store, gode, rene rom med gode senger. Gratis shuttlebuss til golfbanene. Her klarer man seg fint uten leiebil Vi tok taxi til og fra flyplassen. Flott frokostbufet! Topp service. Nydelig bassengområde. Vi kommer igjen!

Our room was on the 7th floor & the view from the balcony was beautiful, beds were made everyday & fresh towels were provided too. The breakfast option was great with so many options. Its just a few minutes walk to the marina where you find great restaurants & bars not to mention shopping. I certainly would stay there again with a doubt. We even got a free goodbye drink the day before we left & met with the manager to give our views which was nice👌👌. You just cannot go wrong with this hotel, the staff are very helpful & polite too.

Excellent location at just a two minutes walk from the marina and the beach. Great swimming pools. Great range of breakfast choices. Rooms could be updated but very clean and comfortable. Special mention of the room staff and restaurant staff. Great kids entertainment too. I fully recommend the Vila Gale.

The property was well located a few minutes walk from the marina, restaurants, and bars as well as had excellent breakfast buffet, exercise classes, an indoor and outdoor pools and jacuuzzi. Didn't sample the dinner menu but another guest told me it was very good. Very relaxing environment with large lobby with comfortable chairs, bar and TV's playing sports. Reception and cleaning staff very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were very helpful, we requested to move rooms as ours was next to the service lifts so quite noisy during the night. Breakfast was lovely, lots of variety and the hotel is reasonably priced. Hotel is also in a great location for the marina. Id recommend not to bother with booking a transfer from airport to hotel as you can easily get an uber for ~€20.

Good location within walking distance of Marina and beach. Hotel lifts are really old and not for the faint hearted. Hotel is a little dated. Perfect for groups.

Lovely clean comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Staff were welcoming and polite - good breakfast too! Probably would not return especially in May as guests consisted of large noisy groups who didn’t seem to consider anyone else! Unacceptable noise levels and bad language continued into early hours.

Our stay at the hotel and Vilamoura was excellent with friendly staff, facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Lovely marina area with spoil for choice for food, sandy beaches, boat ride. Boat ride to see dolphins and caves as well as parasailing.

Location good but lacked atmosphere
Location was good as a short walk to the shops and marina. Entrance area is also the hotel bar which lacked any atmosphere. On arrival there was entertainment and only 2 guests seated there. Very drab and uninviting. I had requested a double room and we had 2 single dressed beds pushed together. Not sure if this is the norm but I would still consider that a twin room. View from balcony was great as we were on the top floor. The pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it during our stay. In shade for some of the time due to the U shape of the hotel. The bathroom lacked a shelf as we had to store everything around the sink. No place to store shampoo etc in the shower space either. Bathroom could do with maintenance as toilet seat was broken as was the flush button. Would I stay here again? Possibly but I would look at their sister hotel, Ampalius close by first. Just felt the Marina hotel lacked something. It just didn’t feel very inviting.

Hotel accepts stag dos!
Hotel was in a good location however a few things let this hotel down. The bathroom facilities were not great. The walkin shower didnt drain the water away quickly so ended up filling up and overflowing. Also the toilet splashed water onto the bathroom floor every time it flushed so had to use a towel to mop this up. Also, there were a couple of stag dos during our stay which were pretty raucous. Booked the hotel based on it advertising as a family and couples hotel, didnt expect large groups of stags too! Felt like a Club 18-30 at times!

The hotel is very close to all of the shops and restaurants. It was very clean and all of the amenities were to a high standard.The hotel was very busy but the staff worked herd to keep everything running smoothly
