All the changes and improvements we made to the hotel at the beginning of this year were made with the well-being of our guests in mind. Our goal is always for our guests to feel at home away from home! We're sorry to hear about the lack of variety at breakfast for people with intolerances. However, if there was a particular product that you would have liked to have for breakfast, you could have asked for it in advance, so that we could anticipate this issue, bearing in mind that you were still with us for 7 days. En ce qui concerne les animaux domestiques, cela fait partie de notre politique et si le client nous le demande avant son arrivée, nous l'en informons. Le prix de l'animal est basé sur la propreté de la chambre, c'est-à-dire qu'une chambre avec un animal prend plus de temps à nettoyer qu'une chambre sans animal. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous espérons pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau prochainement. A bien tôt.

En ce qui concerne votre commentaire sur le nettoyage quotidien des chambres, vous êtes toujours informé au moment de l'enregistrement que le nettoyage peut être effectué jusqu'à 18h30. En gardant à l'esprit que nous donnons toujours la priorité aux entrées, il se peut que certains jours, le travail soit effectué après le déjeuner/pendant l'après-midi. De toute façon, si vous vouliez que la chambre soit nettoyée à une heure précise, vous auriez pu en informer la réception. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau dans notre hôtel.
