Behagelig resort med alle fasiliteter.
Har hatt en fantastisk uke på The Lake Resort. Hyggelig betjening og en rolig atmosfære på hele hotellet. Kan absolutt anbefales for soling, bading og avslapning. Har en hyggelig sandstrand nær ved. God frokost og restauranter med fantastisk mat.

Flott ferie i behagelig omgivelser
Et opphold på Lake resort er en behagelig opplevelse. Vi hadde rom med panorama havutsikt og fikk virkelig valuta for pengene. Et rom i front på hotellet med bra balkong, dvs større en de fleste andre balkongene. Flotte bassengområder med rikelig med solsenger. Spesielt er området rundt sandstrandbassenget flott. Hotellet ligger i grei gåavstand til Vilamouras og barområde.

Elendig service
2 dager etter at vi sjekket ut av dette hotellet kom min samboer på at hun hadde glemt igjen en jakke. Undertegnede har gjort dette før uten problemer da andre hotel har sendt jakken i posten mot betaling. Jeg kontaktet derfor hotellet og fikk beskjed om at de skulle kontakte meg så fort de visste noe. Sjokket var stort da jeg mer en 1 dag senere fikk en mail om at den ikke var funnet. Det er også den siste mailen jeg mottok til tross for at jeg sendte 2 nye mailer. Det er ingen tvil om at jakken ble glemt igjen på rommet. Regner med at det er en hotellansatt som er en jakke rikere.

Fantastisk hotel i flotte omgivelser! Vårt tredje opphold på Lake Resort og vi ble ikke skuffet! Flotte bassengomgivelser, super service i tillegg til en uke med strålende varmt vær ! Kunne ikke blitt bedre!

Well where do I start.... What a stunning hotel! It's truly beautiful with the lake as a focal point in the lovely gardens, the other side of the swimming pools. On arrival we were welcomed and offered refreshments in a lounge area while our registration was sorted out and the forms were brought to us. We stayed on the garden side of the hotel. Beautifully clean bedroom with lots of storage to unpack. Room's were made up and cleaned everyday... such a great part of being away and having a proper break. Loved the little balcony which I sat on to catch a little sun, when it came out.... Breakfast was included in our deal and there was a lot of choice. I can highly recommend the freshly made omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The weather wasn't great while we were in Portugal, but it was lovely to be able to walk to Vilamoura Marina - take a little look around the shops and have a drink whilst people watching. I just want to summarise our trip by saying thank you so much to all the amazing staff! Every single member of staff we came into contact with were just so kind, attentive and friendly. They really couldn't do enough for us.

Beautiful property, though it’s showing some age (carpet in hallways, wood finishing in doors around property and in room) and we had a few opportunities in our room (toilet seat didn’t seem to fit the toilet making it awkward to use properly, blow dryer shorted out, and quite the infestation of spiders on the patio). Additionally we supposedly received an upgraded room “with a view” but there’s NO view at all from this room (I can share a pic). Staff was awesome!

It was amazing. Such a gorgeous center! the staff were very friendly and the rooms were gorgeous. Short walk to an area with restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastiskt fint hotell
Väldigt fin anläggning i direkt närhet till marinan med restauranger och affärer. Hotellet har ett fint område för bad och rekreation. Riklig frukostbuffé med mycket gott. Sköna stora sängar. Enda negativa vi hade var en riktigt dålig biff på deras restaurang men det var kanske en engångsföreteelse.

Décevant malgré un cadre magnifique . Accueil réception parfait ! Beau buffet et belle piscine chauffée . Par contre , à notre arrivée dans la chambre, le premier soir, la chambre n’était pas chauffée ( 1 vrai frigo ). Les femmes de ménage enlèvent systématiquement la clef dans la chambre, de ce fait lorsque l’ on rentre à la chambre, celle ci est froide . La Fenêtre laissait passer le froid , la Chasse d’eau était défectueuse et le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, Malgré les demandes faites, seul le séchoir a été remplacé. Nous attendons toujours l’appel du SPA pour les massages … 1 seul serveur le dernier jour au restaurant ( petit déjeuner) : nous avions terminé notre repas lorsque notre boisson ( thé ) est enfin arrivée ( (mais juste l’eau bouillante… sans le sachet ) Inconcevable pour un 5 étoiles . Malgré ces nombreux problèmes aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé . Nous sommes sûrement mal tombé …

Amazing experience from start to finish.. went for my daughters first birthday. They surprised her with balloons and decor in her room, then followed up with a celebratory bottle of bubbly delivered to the room (for the parents of course) cannot praise the staff there enough , they went above and beyond for our every need and we had a fantastic trip. Our daughter also loved the crèche for half a day with the wonderful girls there who took amazing care of her. Breakfast was tasty and a huge variety! Bedrooms were very nice and spacious and we had the cheapest room so can only imagine how nice the others are. Overall fab , thanks so much guys.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great and various of almost everything. The shower was great. The Spa was very nice, but you got 1 hour per day, i would have love to spend more time in the spa Our room AC was not working. Otherwise, i would give 5 stars.
