Strålende Hotell
Vi var utrolig fornøyde med å bo på Tivoli Victoria! Hotellet er vakkert, og badebassenget utrolig deilig! Her kan man ligge i timesvis og bare nyte livet. Utrolig flott også at det er kort vei ned til byen - til marinaen - hvor man finner haugevis av gode restauranter. Eneste å sette fingeren på er vel at det var et stykke å kjøre til de flotteste strendene på Algarve, men det var det verdt når man fikk et så flott hotell som Tivoli Victoria! Anbefales på det varmeste!

The Residence -En rolig og flott oase i golfland
Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det eneste vi ikke var tilfreds med ang. leiligheten var at airconditionen ikke fungerte i 2 av tre soverom.. Litt langt til nærmeste butikk og restauranter, men vi storkoste oss der i rolige omgivelser. Bare en kort taxitur til restauranter og nattelivet i Vilamoura. Takk for oss!

Tivoli Victoria - helt fantastisk!
Vi hadde 5 utrolig deilige dager på hotellet. Vi valgte dette hotellet for å unne oss litt ekstra luksus uten barn i noen dager. Det var viktig at det hadde litt ekstra komfort og at det lå nære golfbaner. Hotellet ligger jo så og si på Victoria golfbane, og hele utsikten fra bassenget, baren og alt er ut mot golfbanen. Vakkert. Servicen var helt upåklagelig, de visste nesten ikke hvor godt de skulle få gjort det. Blide og hyggelige, og super service i forbindelse med golf. Shufflebussen går hver kveld kl 20.00 fra hotellet og inn til marinaen (ca 15 min), og tilbake igjen senere på kvelden. Akkurat passe til å spise og kose seg før man drar tilbake. Hotellet har en meget bra gourmetrestaurant som vi prøvde ut. Det var det verdt, helt fantastisk! Rommet var stort og fint, behagelige senger og flott bad. Veldig fint bassengområde, med veldig gode solsenger og bra service. Vi hadde et helt perfekt opphold!

I have stayed in several hotels and this is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The staff are excellent especially those in the restaurants and the reception staff. I even met the manager who was lovely. I plan to return sooner rather than later. There is also a free shuttle that takes you to the Marina and brings you back. All the staff were friendly and were always smiling. They are a credit to an absolutely fantastic hotel. I can't wait to go back.

The area was very beautiful and tranquil, the resort was first class, staff were all friendly and very accommodating, always eager to help. They had free shuttle rides into the Marina and back which was so convenient, with lots of activities on offer. Beaches, shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and a lot of other nearby towns to visit. I definitely will be going back and will recommend it to my friends.

From when we arrived at the hotel to the day we left, everything was absolutely fantastic. All staff were friendly and respectful and couldn’t do enough to help. The room we stayed in was perfect, the quality and choice of food at breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the hotel. I would highly recommended staying in this hotel.

Terrific place
A very nice hotel with high level of service. What really stands out here is the top notch restaurant down by the hotel. It’s truly amazing. A mix of steaks and seafood, and traditional Portuguese as well as different European courses. Highly recommended.

Poor overall. Rooms are tired and need TLC service is appallingly slow or non existent. Worst of all are the flies at the buffet. So many flies and it makes me gag. Feels like NH Hotels are really cutting back and it doesn’t have that luxury feel. Special mention for Joana(?) who genuinely seems to like her job and works tirelessly and special mention for the cats who are gorgeous.

Wunderbares Hotel
Der Service, Ausstattung vom Zimmer und Aussenbereich sind einfach hammer. Vor allem der Service der Mitarbeiter an der Reception und joao vom Frühstücksbuffet waren exzellent. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, war der Service der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant Sensai. Das Essen im gesamten Hotel war ausserordentlich gut, jedoch wirkte nur das Personal vom Sensai Restaurant desinteressiert, unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Jedoch nach unserem persönlichen Feedback an die Hotelmanagerin, fühlten wir uns ernst genommen und uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit offeriert. Somit sind wir vollstens von der Qualität dieses Hotels überzogen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Great location for the Vilamoura golf courses. Hotel staff were excellent throughout. One small thing to watch is that the complimentary shuttle to and from the course at Millenium is only available up to a certain time of evening (check before you go as we nearly missed it).

Energia e Tranquilidade
Toda a equipa do hotel é extremamente educada, atenta e gentil… Desde a super simpática Roberta, à Madeleine, à Bárbara , ao José, ao Miguel, foram todos maravilhosos desde o primeiro momento. O quarto swim-up foi uma surpresa e a nossa filha divertiu-se imenso com a “piscina no quarto”. Genial! O pequeno almoço é irrepreensível e a equipa funciona na perfeição, a meia pensão permitiu conhecer os três restaurantes do hotel… À noite o silêncio, a temperatura e o perfume dos quartos transmite muita serenidade… O hotel é extremamente limpo e bem decorado! Sentimo-nos em casa, foram 6 dias inesquecíveis que deixaram saudades e vontade de voltar seguramente. Até já!

Outstanding hotel, super friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating of all our various needs and changes to the plan. Excellent breakfast and pool meals. Would go again on a flash!

5 star hotel….1 star service ! In desperate need of staff training and mid management to solve issues. It’s also NOT dog f”friendly” , unless you have 1 tiny handbag dog and don’t need and proper areas , badly trained staff , missed dinner bookings, bad service … the restaurant manager was excellent and the breakfast staff were great . Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est dans un environnement agréable, néanmoins il a bien vécu et il serait temps de le rénover complètement. Le petit déjeuner proposé est complet et de bonne facture. Le service reste à désirer privilégiant la clientèle britannique (upgrade dont nous avions le droit refusé sous prétexte que l’hôtel était plein ce que était loin d’être le cas selon les chambres disponibles sur leur site et 1er nuit passé dans une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation). Pour les golfeurs, aucune offre/reduction n’est proposée pour les résidants de l’hôtel sur les 5 golfs du domaine.

Ein 5 Sterne Hotel, dass mit Ruhe und Erholung wirbt und dann direkt vor den Hotelzimmern Parties/Caterings bis in die Nacht organisiert, erhält nur eine 1 Stern Bewertung. Da das Personal aber wirklich top ist, gibt es 2 Sterne. Das Management sollte aber dringend ausgewechselt werden.
