Waterfront Villa with Boathouse in Alexandria Bay

Modern boathouse villa in Alexandria Bay, NY with all the comforts of home. Within walking distance to downtown with its many quaint shops and restaurants. Whether you're a water enthusiast or an angler, you're in the right place here. Enjoy boating, water sports, sight-seeing and so much more. Neighboring attractions include golf, mini golf, drive in movie theatre, Uncle Sam boat tours, Clayton Boat museum, distilleries, winery, festivals and so much more. Take a break from it all and enjoy the pristine water of the St. Lawrence River. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably with two queen beds and two twins along with a queen size pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. An electric fireplace will warm up those chilly evenings and the full wall windows give you a beautiful view overlooking the bay. Beautiful new quartz countertops in bathrooms & new flooring throughout home. There are TV’s in every bedroom & the living room. Internet is readily available. The boathouse is included in your stay at no extra cost! The boat house uses a garage door entry to the waterway and is accessed from the parking level with keyless entry. The front door is also keyless entry. Parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is overflow parking on a first come first serve basis. We hope all guests will treat our home as their own and enjoy it as much as we do! Disclosure: There are cameras outside the Villa & in boathouse for security purposes only.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. My only complaint is that the upstairs shower head doesn’t adjust for shorter people and is pressed against the wall. Overall, it was very clean and pretty much everything we needed was there (minus a coffee pot, but we left ours there for other guests to utilize).

You will not be disappointed

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The property is very neat and clean. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. Town is just a few blocks away but this place is tucked away and it is very quiet at the property. The blackstone grill is great, beds were comfortable and it was nice not having to pack towels and linens. This was a fishing trip for my family. Having a boathouse to keep our boat was the best. It rained a LOT during out trip but when we were not fishing in the rain, we were able to keep the boat out of the elements. The location on the river is also very close to great fishing spots and sights on the river. I can't say enough about this place and how happy we are staying here.

Hidden Gem

These condos are tucked away in Carnegie Bay, you'd hardly know they were there. Everything was as advertised. The kids loved the books and games that were in the loft bedroom. It was nice to be so close to A-bay. Our experience with Carnegie Bay Marina was also great.

Absolutely amazing!

First I want to say that I have never stayed in a place where the owner responded to my messages immediately. Communication was great. This property was spotless and very well stocked. Having towels and linens on the property for us to use was a great plus. The Blackstone grill was clean and we love cooking on our Blackstone at home so this was convenient. The property location is perfect. It is close to town, stores and restaurants. We loved the boathouse. You can keep your boat indoors and out of the elements and you don't have to lock up and cover your boat between outings. We came here on a fishing trip and the fishing was great. You can get to the Lake of the Isles in about 10 minutes on the water from this property. There is a boat launch directly across from the property with very reasonable launch and trailer parking prices. We would definitely stay here again. I can't way enough about how much we loved this property and our stay here.

A Bay Vacation

Just as advertised and yes I would return. This condo was just how it was advertised. Clean and in an excellent location. The interior was well maintained and well stocked with all the basic kitchen bath and bedroom necessities. A good boat launch capable of launching virtually any size boat is directly across the channel and they offer trailer storage for a small fee. The best part of the condo was being able to drive the boat from the St Lawrence river through the channel and right into the boat garage directly under the condo. About a 5 minute boat ride. Electric garage door, very clean inside docking with composite decking and secure. I didn’t even bother locking my boat up. My boat is a 20 foot pontoon which fit in the garage easily and it could even fit a 24’ pontoon with the garage door down. There is no wave action in the channel to throw your boat around in the garage either. I would definitely return to this condo. It is just as advertised.
