Epic H2Oasis on Martin

Enjoy the picturesque views of Epic H20asis on Martin. Our captivating lake house has a heated private saltwater pool overlooking beautiful Lake Martin. The huge deck is perfect for grilling, sun tanning or lounging around the saltwater pool with friends and family. To take in all of the Epic H2Oasis experience, you can enjoy our hot tub overlooking Lake Martin. Prefer soaking up the lake? We have 5 kayaks. Lastly, we offer an on-site pontoon boat rental. This is THE EPIC SPOT on Martin.

Epic H20asis on Martin is a 5 bedroom and 4.5 bath home. Our water amenities are perfect for families wanting to make memories at Lake Martin. We are the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a heated private saltwater pool and hottub. This large and spacious lake home is prefect for multiple families looking to have a fun time on Lake Martin. Kids are bound to love our incredible game room and custom bunk bed as described below. Below are some details about the bedrooms and bathrooms. Please message us if you have any questions you'd like to ask before booking. We will be happy to answer.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level. Each have a queen size mattress, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The Master Bedroom has a king size mattress and is on the main level with an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is downstairs and has a king size mattress. It also has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5 is a custom bunk room with 5 queen mattresses. The room is approximately 500 square foot and one of a kind on Lake Martin. The bunk room has a newly added full bathroom. This one of a kind bunk room is a kids paradise.

The main level also has a powder room.

Gameroom:
The game room is perfect for kids and adults. We have mortal kombat, terminator, skee ball, and much more. We also have a claw machine with stuffed animals. Similar to the bunk room, this is a unique feature unlike any other short term rental on Lake Martin.

Brick Room:
Our brick room is perfectly located between the kitchen and saltwater pool. It has a wall of windows with stunning water views. This space has a built-in banquet with plenty of seating. It also has a wet bar that is perfect for making drinks to entertain. If that's not enough, you can enjoy playing a game of pool on our beautiful slate pool table.

Outside:
We are the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a heated private saltwater pool and hot tub. We also have a fire pit out by the lake that is the perfect spot to gather at night for making S'mores. Last but not least, we have 5 kayaks that come complimentary during your stay.

Boat and Water Slide Rental Option
If you crave more water adventures, we have options to rent a pontoon boat and water slide during your stay! We offer VRBO guest great incentives when they rent a boat or water slide. For instance, cleaning fees for your VRBO stay can be credited toward a boat rental. Bundle boat and water slide and save even more. Message the host for details.

Security Features
We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the property. We also have 3 devices we use for noise monitoring, crowd detection, and cigarette detection. All devices are located in public spaces.

My 7 grandchildren loved all of the amenities.There were 15 of us staying at this lovely property. The pool was clean and there were many pool toys available. The video games were a hit as well. We rented the boat and found we were in a great location on the lake, close to the marina and a small island that my grandchildren named "Clay Island". It had a sandy shore and a lot of clay that they used to build castles on the shore. There were about a dozen ducks that entertained us for the weekend. The firepit was fun for making smores. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Linens were comfortable and plentiful. There was plenty of space to spread out. I always rent a property with bunk beds but this is the first one I have rented with such large bunk beds. TV's were everywhere and we could watch multiple football games. I thought there was a light bulb burned out in the half bath and the owner was very responsive. Turned out I had not located the correct light switch. I would highly recommend this property for a large group or family.

Annual family vacation

The house was perfect. The adults had 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the den and kitchen looking out to the pool. The kids stayed in the lower level with the large bunkbed room and another bedroom and a game room! Plenty of bathrooms! Boat rental for our entire time and able to keep it docked at the house was an added plus!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Lake Martin lake house! It was truly the perfect fit for our large family of 14 — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and full of everything we needed to relax and reconnect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was created with comfort and gatherings in mind. There were stunning views of the lake from the main areas of the house! All of the beds (even the bunk room) were extremely comfortable.The private dock and pool swimming were terrific. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout allowed for both quiet downtime and lively family fun. Easy access to grocery stores, etc made life easy.Communication with the property managers was fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.This lake house gave us lasting memories. Highly recommend it to any large group or family looking for a special place on Lake Martin!

Property was perfect. Location spectacular with space and privacy. Owners responded to any concerns immediately. With about a dozen people young to old, there was something for everyone to do. My husband’s favorite part was the boat rental. We will be back if ever in the area again.

Lake Martin stay

The property suited my family (3 children and their families). The ability to rent a boat for the fishing kids and adults was great! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the non-fishing contingent! The large grassy, open area leading to the dock was perfect for a big frisbee game! Fishing off the dock or the wall was fun for the kids without taking the boat out .. almost everyone caught a fish of some sort!! The pool table and game room were instant hits with the kids! Thankfully, we had plenty of dining area for the 14 in our group! Upon our arrival, we did experience an immediate shortage of glasses/eating utensils for the number of folks that we had but the owners quickly resolved the situation. We had a lovely time though it was too short!!

Fantastic experience

What can I say, everything was an amazing experience. We traveled with family from Dallas, Tampa , Lafayette La and Dothan Al. The property was exactly as advertised. All of our interactions with the host were amazing. We got to know one of the neighbors Charlie, he was a pleasure to get to know. If you have the chance to meet him you won’t regret it.

Luxury living on the lake

Unique and beautiful property! It has everything a kid could ask for! (Adults too!) The layout is perfect for families who want the kids to have their own hang out area. Family and friend stay at Epic H2Oasis

This place was perfect for our group which included young children, adults and elderly grandparents. The heated pool/hot tub, great bunkroom and arcade space were awesome. The ramps made the house super accessible for our elderly visitors. And the boat rental tied it all together nicely. Brett and Warren, the owners were on top of it all and very communicative such that we always felt cared for leading up to the visit and during our stay. We highly recommend this excellent spot on the lake

RTJ GOLF TRIP

We have stayed at numerous VRBO homes across the nation. These owners were THE MOST accommodating we have EVER experienced. Our original reservation was at another home that they owned on Lake Jordan. But, when the water on that lake was drained for dock repair, they offered us an alternative home on Lake Martin - much larger, same price, knowing that we were traveling with our boat and wanted lake access. The Lake Martin home sits on a beautiful waterfront lot. It has 5 bedrooms and 7queen beds as well as 2 king size beds. So, bring your friends and children!! There is a pool, hot tub, pool table, foose ball table and complete arcade. We loved fishing is the huge lake and traveled to Greenville, Prattville and Opelika to play 4 Robert Trent Jones golf courses. It was a great week

Family Fun!

This trip was for my mama. It was her 70th birthday and all of her grandkids came and stayed a few days with her. It was an amazing stay. Clean. Spacious. Private pool. Man we had a blast! Will definitely book here again!
