«Fabulous place for a large family get together. Really lovely property in a great location. Any problems were fixed promptly. Well kitted out kitchen and the hot tub was a big hit. Nice touches like a toy cupboard to keep little ones occupied.Plenty of space outside for children to play and explore.»

«This was our 7th year at various properties and areas of the Cotswold Water Park. This was the first time we had two houses so we, the grandparents, had Trout Cottage which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the old TV. At the end of the day after an enjoyable day with the family out on the lake, walking and sitting in the evening sun with a drink at the bar, it would have been good to get back to Trout Cottage to 'crash' and enjoy some ...

«Staying at this precious cottage in Bath felt like a dream come true. The rooms are just as lovely as they look in the photos. The exterior of the whole cottage is stunning. It is also situated in the most perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the bus stop to get into Bath city center. «Perfectly presented place for short stay whilst attending family wedding nearby. Super comfy bed and all the necessary appliances for our stay or for a longer stay too. Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. Wish we could have been able to stay longer and explore more of this area as there were plenty of places to explore.»

«Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.»
