The gated drive way leads you to a private parking area. The terrace at the back of the Finca leads to the front door, as well as the pool and garden.

Very inviting is the new and modern lounge area with comfortable sofas, by side the dining area with table and chairs The well equipped wooden kitchen has access to the garden and huge terrace and offers fantastic mountain and pool views.



The Villa has a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and 3 twin bedrooms with its main characteristics of storage and good quality furnishing. All bedrooms are located on the first floor, offering stunning mountain or pool views.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
