VILLA AL-KURUM 2

Villa Al-Kurum is a spacious country villa located a short distance from the sandy beach of Calatubo in Alcamo Marina. You may access the inside from the bright living room with a fully-equipped and modern kitchen corner and a sofabed. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower and laundry area. The kitchen overlooks a covered patio equipped with a dining table and sofas. On the first floor, there are 2 en-suite double bedrooms. From one of these rooms, you can access a small veranda from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. All rooms are furnished in a modern, minimalist style and air-conditioned. The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets.

Outside, there is a private 9x5-metre swimming pool surrounded by lawn and a large solarium with an outdoor shower.

Guests also have access to a barbecue (charcoal) area with worktop and an outdoor bathroom with wc and a basin.

At guests' disposal are also two covered parking spaces.

Villa Al-kurum is located 2 km from the beach of Calatubo and 5 km from the town of Balestrate, where you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all the basic services (pharmacy, post office, bank, etc.) Over there you also find a long well-equipped sandy beach with lidos.



The picturesque seaside town of Castellammare, with its charming castle and harbour, is 9 km away from the villa.



The villa and the swimming pool are totally private. There are no shared areas.
