The house is a classic Albury double-brick home with air conditioning, an alfresco dining area, a private back courtyard, and a laundry. It’s low-fuss, functional, and full of charm.
This lovely old home is one half of a duplex — and conveniently, we own the other half as well. This means the property is peaceful, private, and well looked after. It features three bedrooms with the following bedding configuration: 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed (2 singles), and a sofa bed.
Guests have full access to the house and private courtyard. You're welcome to use one side of the driveway for off-street parking, but please leave the other half clear for tenants in the adjoining unit. Additional free street parking is readily available 24/7.
