No Parties, or non-authorized gatherings are allowed. Anyone having a party or gathering is subject to immediate eviction without refund and subject to responsibility for any damage and clean up;
Reservations for gatherings are considered upon request, however, unless specifically reserved for such in writing by separate agreement: no gathering or parties are allowed as set forth herein.
