• Pet-friendly: multiple dogs welcome with advance notice.
• Self check-in via digital door code (detailed arrival instructions sent before you arrive).
• House rules: No parties; minimum booking age 25. Check-in 3 PM / checkout 11 AM (often flexible, just ask).
• Hosts on-site (David and Joanie) and happy to help, while fully respecting your privacy. In season, you’re welcome to pick fruit near the entrance—just let us know.
