We stayed at this La Quinta due to it being close to our car maintenance shop because our car broke down in Albuquerque New Mexico. We checked in on Tuesday the ninth and checked out on 11 December. We for two days towed the staff we did not have hot water they assured us that if we turn the valve to the water on the shower, a certain way, we would have hot water. We complained both the night in the 10th. We asked for a late check out on the 11th due to our car being ready later on in the afternoon, they refuse us to have that even though they do have an early check-in that they allowed people to pay $50 to check in at 12 $25 to check in at one and then the 3 PM Check-in, which cost nothing. They denied us having that they referred us to the gym which he was very condescending. He did not want to speak to my wife. He wanted to speak to me he dismissed our claims of not having any hot water. He said he was not aware. Even though we have reported it two days in a row and we had someone call our room on the first night of stay, which was the night and asked if we had any complaints and we told them that night that there was no hot water. We were towed that there was a sweet spot you had to get on the spot fit, which we never found. Apparently we also found out that there was multiple complaints of not having hot water and the GM when we talk with him asked me to lower my voice because he didn’t want anyone else to hear. We reported this to the Better Business Bureau and Expedia
