It clearly states that we provide all of our guest 20 minutes to check the room. If the room is not up to your satisfaction, we can either change the room or give you full refund. We have staff on 24 hours a day to address any issue or concerns our guests may have during their stay. In the future if you report the issues they will be addressed.
