Guests have full access to the entire home, including the yard and all amenities. Self-check-in is available for your convenience. There are a set of closets in Garage and shed in the backyard that are off limits to guests. The owner keeps their spare vehicle in the garage.

Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $8,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

• Primary Guest booking property must be at least 25 years old.
