I am so sorry about the dead bugs Julie, I am glad they were dead. The pest company sprays on monthly basis and after they leave you see dead bugs sometimes, you checked in on the 2nd which was a day after they arrived so I am guessing that might be the reason behind it. I am glad you enjoyed the complementary tea, I wish you would’ve let me know about the empty coffee jar, I would’ve refilled it or send someone with extra coffee. I am so glad other than that your stay went well and we’re able to take care of your son.

Dalia, Thanks for your review. I’ll request my cleaners to shave their heads so they won’t leave a strand of hair lol just kidding. I am sorry about it, I have notified our clanging staff to be extra careful.

There are blankets in the closet all year around, the thermostat is in the living room wall and can be adjusted based on the guests liking. I am not sure why the guest didn’t reach out to me with these issues but reached out to me when the internet was down due to bad weather. I have no Clyde what a Carol Burnett channel is but the tv is a smart tv and has multiple streaming apps. Please read reviews from previous guests here and on another platforms where we host we never received concerns like Mary mentioned in her review.

Nancy, The backyard is fully fenced as all of our prior guests have mentioned in their reviews. Could you please mention where it’s not fully fenced ? It could be very misleading for future guests with pets for their future booking with irrelevant review like this. We went and checked everywhere.

Amanda, there are individual mini splits unit inside each room which are equipped for heating and cooling. We even mentioned it in our house instructions that was sent to you. I suggest you to communicate better next time. We have pots pans, spices and spray oil, I am not sure what a “large” 8 oz cup is.
