Fantastic Property

A large Villa, clean, spacious, modern and well maintained with complete amenities & downstairs games rooms, table tennis, pool table and dart board etc. Lots of space outside with a brick barbecue, heated pool, large jacuzzi and not overlooked. The location is perfect with everything anyone would need for a effortless holiday. Taxis, buses, Supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, bars etc all within a short stroll whilst the Villa itself is very private and quiet. The hosts & Joao the property manager we’re very helpful and professional making our golf break a very enjoyable and simple experience. This is our second time and we are already booking for next year.

Great stay

This is a Beautiful property. Well maintained & clean. It was a pleasure to stay here. It was everything we wanted and needed for our stay. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this villa. João the concierge was fantastic & on hand to help with any queries/help we needed.

Skøn villa med fantastisk beliggenhed

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i de smukke omgivelser. Det er dejligt hjemmefra at vide, at når man lander i Faro, står der nogen og venter på at køre os til bestemmelsesstedet. Villaen ligger meget centralt i forhold til indkøb, restauranter og strand etc. Vi var 10 voksne og vi takker alle for en god oplevelse i skønt vejr. På vegne af hele gruppen Else Drejer

Couldn’t have asked for more

We stayed at this property in January. A group of ten adults. It was really fantastic and we’ll be back next year if we can!! Everything around the booking was great - especially the efficient and safe welcome from João who waited for us and gave us all the help we needed, including booking a great taxi firm for us, which came very promptly every single time for various people’s airport transfers. The house is just as described here - a very well equipped kitchen, loads of beds and bathrooms, a perfect little pool and hot tub etc etc all immaculately clean. In terms of location, we loved it. Very very close to the supermarkets and 25 mins walk to the heart of the old town. Good restaurants within walking distance and plenty to choose, even in January. Our top recommendations would be The Clay Oven for beautiful Indian food and The Beach Basket for authentic seafood and a gorgeous view over the sea. We also booked a fantastic group yoga session with Lulushanti who has a studio, again within walking distance. Everything we needed was right there. In high Summer I guess this is a really busy resort. It was perfect for us in January! However, even in high Summer I think this would be a lovely escape from the bustle, tucked away on a smart cul de sac. Seemed safe to walk home at night. Thanks for a great stay. A fabulous house - Highly recommended.

October half term stay

Lovely property with a great heated swimming pool. Loved the games room downstairs. Seamless Check in and service from Joao too. Location perfect for 10 minute stroll to shops, bars and the old town.

Absolutely fantastic villa

Absolutely fantastic villa from location to all the amenities there. You just couldn’t want for anything more. There was a problem with the pool and jacuzzi which was part fixed but it didn’t spoil our stay and the management did try their very best to get it fixed but as we were there a for a short stay it just wasn’t possible. Apart from the pool everything was perfect from the transfers which were arranged via the management to the welcome pack and all the extras I requested on arrival. The villa was spotless. It is between the old town and the strip, beach 10 mins walk. Supermarkets shops and taxis across the road. A few restaurants near by. A perfect location. Joao from the management company and Augsta the owner are lovely. They were always at the end of the phone via messages email and responded very quickly to meet our every need. All in all a fantastic place to stay wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fab villa. Regards Sandra

Fantastic Holiday

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this beautiful villa. It was great and a fridge is now downstairs. My only moan was that the single beds are quite hard and uncomfortable and there were a few nights where family members did not get much sleep. However we had a fabulous time and the villa is beautiful and the location is perfect.

Renting this property was an absolute pleasure from start to end. The owner answered every query immediately reassuring us (this was the first time we had rented a villa) transport to and from the airport was brilliant, the manager was waiting for us when we arrived.and allowed us to go straight in (even though we arrived 4 hours before checking in time) on our last day we should have checked out by 10.30am but again the manager said we could stay (as it was raining) the cleaners came while we were waiting and they were lovely too thank you so much from all of our family

Outstanding in every way....

This is our second stay here, again we were provided with a second to none caring attentive service and facilities. The villa is simply stunning, in a fabulous location and well equipped and maintained. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here to anyone wanting a luxury stay in this beautiful area. Not disappointed

We’ve just returned from a 11 day stay at this villa and we where not disappointed. It was by far the best holiday we have all had as a family and we will be again ASAP. It was very clean the pool was heated the bedrooms were spacious all with en-suite it was handy to both the strip and the old town. I would highly recommend.

Family stay in villa

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday villa, we were all over for a family wedding and this villa was the ideal location for us. The villa is so spacious, in a great central location and lots of space for all our family to enjoy. When we arrived it was spotless, towels provided along with a welcome pack which was so nice to arrive to after traveling. The heated pool was great for the children who spend hours every day in the pool. Also the filtered water through the new fridge is an added bonus that makes things much easier. We would definitely recommend this villa for large group/family and we will hope to return in the future.

Wonderful family holiday

This villa is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Our requests for additional cots and highchairs prior to arrival was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Everything we needed was there. The pool and jacuzzi where fantastic and used everyday. The massive parasol was fantastic and provided much needed shade for the babies and kids. It's location is superb, only a 10-15 walk to old town. The property owner and manager where so lovely to deal with and any communication with them was dealt with quickly. We as a family would not hesitate to return to this villa, it's beautiful and so well equipped and maintained.

Excellent property, great location, as advertised. The property manager Joao is amazing, prompt and very friendly. We were 5 people but This place is huge and can hold over 12 people easily. Highly recommend it!

Just what we needed. Beautiful

A beautiful villa in the perfect location. A short distance from Old Town and New Town. The villa was perfect for my whole family. The only small thing we would add would be handrails into the pool for my elderly parents. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa and will stay again when we return to Portugal.

Excellent Villa in a great location

Fantastic Villa in a great location. Villa was so well equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool was amazing. There is 2 big supermarkets within 5 mins walk away. You can walk to either Newtown or Old Town in about 15 mins. I would definitely recommend this Villa to everyone.

Highly Recommended

Great property in a pleasant & quiet location with all the facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. Situated close to local shops & supermarkets and within easy access to the 'old town' with its bars & restaurants along with a superb beach. Joao - the property manager - was very polite & informative with regard to the property & the local area, and was available as required should any problem arise. My only criticism is the property is a 'little tired' in certain area's but this does not distract from the fact that this is a great property for a good & relaxing holiday. I would not hesitate to use this property again or recommend it to others looking for a peaceful / relaxing holiday.

We spent wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Everything was made for us to feel comfortable. Living spaces are wide very well equipped and outside is where to live under the sun in the pool or the spa. We were here with family and friends and had the best time together.
