Summary:

Villa Helene Norvilla is a beautiful, central, luxury bright and sunny villa, offering five spotless, beautiful hotel-style en-suite bedrooms. An excellent choice for a group of friends or separate families. With a heated pool and a built in barbecue/outdoor dining area this is a fantastic holiday villa for staying in, or it is central enough to walk to the local restaurants.

The Space:

The entrance hallway you walk into is impressive, to begin your holiday in the right way. High ceilings and a feeling of space, relaxation and luxury. The villa has fantastic pieces of art and design around it, and high quality, special and well chosen furniture.

With the extra little touches you would expect from a luxury house, we use luxury hotel standard linen and towels, from high end Portuguese company Nostrobiz. We provide hand soaps, toilet roll and washing up items.

With ten high quality sun loungers around the large pool (11m x 5m), ample parking on the large driveway (shared with our next door villa Helena Norvilla with electric gates), and a table-tennis table the outdoor space has everything it needs! There is a great BBQ terrace with a brick-built barbecue and sink. There is plenty room for outdoor dining, a large wooden dining table and chairs to seat 10, and are under the covered terrace. The fantastic and spacious well equipped kitchen is just next to the garden and has easy BBQ access.

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor, each with an en suite shower room. The remaining 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and a twin – are on the first floor, each with a private terrace. The twin and one of the doubles each have an en shower room and the other double has an en suite bathroom.

Boasting spacious and stylish accommodation, Villa Helene Norvilla also comes with satellite television and free Wi-Fi internet access and comes hugely recommended for your holiday to the Albufeira area, and has had years of happy guests.

Conveniently located in central Vale de Parra, you will find a number of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants close by, whilst the journey to the main beaches are 30 minutes on foot or five minute drive away. (Gale, Lourenco and Castelo). Villa Helene Norvilla shares automatic gates at the entrance, and offroad parking with our next door neighbour Villa Helena Norvilla. (both five bedrooms, if large groups want to book together)!

Walkable from the villas is Vale De Parra, you are able to walk to some shops, a bank, and a cafe. The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.

The best beaches are close too, just a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have restaurants too.

Salgados Golf Course is close, and we are able to book golf transfers.
