This villa consists of an entryway, a living room and dining room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms (two of which are en suite), 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, a pantry, and a large terrace with access to the complex’s pool.



On the first floor, you’ll find the living area with two distinct zones—the living room and the dining room—equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi and opening onto the terrace.



The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the following appliances: refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, filter and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and clothesline.



You’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a closet, and a large window opening onto the garden.



Next to the entryway is a two-part bathroom that supports the floor.



Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and a full bathroom; another with two single beds, both featuring a balcony; and a third with a double bed—one of which has a drawer, a closet, and a window—and a full bathroom with a bathtub that serves both bedrooms.



This apartment can accommodate up to 9 adults. For infants, a travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. Please note that sheets are not included with the travel crib.



The terrace opens onto the garden and is equipped with outdoor furniture, a table, and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors.



The pool is equipped with lounge chairs, and the sun-drenched lawn is perfect for sunbathing.

The neighborhood is ideal for families and couples who prefer to be close to all amenities, in a quiet and peaceful area between Olhos de Água and Albufeira, and just a short walk from the beach.



This area of the Algarve coast has many Blue Flag beaches, a symbol of quality assurance. Maria Luísa is the closest and is just a short walk away. The village has a parking lot.
