Villa California is an impressive holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and leisure near Corcovada, with convenient access to restaurants and beaches.



The spacious living and dining room offers a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and spending time together.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a service bathroom and a bathroom with bathtub.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, ensuring additional comfort and privacy.



On the lower floor there are three bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower, providing practical accommodation for larger groups.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and convenience.



The games room includes a snooker table and table football, offering great entertainment for the whole family or group.



Outside, the heatable pool (custo adicional), the surrounding garden, the patio and the BBQ area create the ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals. The property is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy and security.



Located in Corcovada, just a short drive from beaches such as Santa Eulália and Oura and close to restaurants and bars, this villa combines comfort and convenience for memorable holidays.



Right next to Villa California is its sister property, Villa Florida. Both properties can be booked together for large groups.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
