Villa São Paulo is an excellent three bedroom holiday home located in the charming Jacaranda villa complex in the heart of Oura, Albufeira. Ideal for families or friends looking to relax without the need for a car, it offers a welcoming atmosphere and a privileged location.



The living and dining area is cosy and inviting, providing the perfect space to unwind and enjoy time together after a day at the beach or exploring the area, with a practical layout that enhances comfort.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a versatile studio that can be used as a bedroom or common space. There are also two bathrooms, one of them en suite with a shower cabin, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals easily and comfortably throughout the stay.



Outside, the walled property offers a private setting with an outdoor dining area, barbecue and a heatable pool (additional cost), ideal for leisure moments and relaxation.



Villa São Paulo benefits from its proximity to beautiful beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, Albufeira’s old town and vibrant nightlife, making it perfect for enjoying everything Oura and Albufeira have to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
