Imposing Villa on Club Albufeira with Private Pool and Free Wifi

Beach House is an imposing family villa on Club Albufeira on 2 floors boasting 4 big bedrooms, two large en suite facilities, one large bathroom and one cloakroom plus air conditioning in all rooms for those hot summer days. The villa is very well furnished throughout offering modern comforts, privacy and a good sense of space so ideal for either one large family, 2 smaller families or just friends!



Two bathrooms have been recently modernised for the demand of modern day living with walk in showers. Beautifully done and has storage for your accessories etc



The hallway is equipped with some toys, books, games etc which then opens to a stunning lounge then goes through to the kitchen/diner. The lounge has 2 patio doors onto the terrace where there are rattan table and chairs and then onto your private beautiful pool. From the kitchen/diner there is another set of patio doors to the same terrace. There are two upstairs bedrooms which have balconies overlooking the pool and two downstairs bedrooms overlooking the pool and gardens which are just off the hallway.



On the terrace just by the kitchen there is a built in BBQ so perfect for Alfresco dining! The terrace has plenty of rattan furniture seating and soft lighting for those lazy evenings and is covered so its perfect for those not wanting to sit in the sun all day. The fully enclosed gardens are beautifully looked after with plenty of grass for the children to play on and plenty of shrubs/trees to look at.



The pool has plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing and a parasol. Please note the pool is not fenced off. There are aprx 12 steps leading up to the pool with a gate at the top and bottom. The pool can also be accessed via the grass which is on a slope



There are electric shutters to offer that added security and also helps to keep the house cool in the summer months.



There is FREE WIFI at the villa together with a 42' Plasma screen with a TV



There is a DVD player



There is a WII console



Towels are provided for the bathrooms but please bring your own beach/pool towels.



The villa is located on the popular Club Albufeira so you have complete access to the well looked after grounds which include 4 pools, snack bars, 2 restaurants, play park, mini golf, well stocked supermarket and tennis courts which are across the road at Camping Albufeira. There is a complimentary shuttle twice a day from reception to the Old Town.



If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then there is no need to hire a car - we can organize a private return transfer for your party.



The Old Town takes around 20 minutes to walk, 5 minutes by taxi and the local bus takes around 5 minutes.



You have the best of both worlds being on the Club, having your own villa and using the facilities the club has to offer - if you want a change of scenery then why not enjoy the 4 pools, restaurants, snack bars, tennis courts, mini golf and children’s club in the summer months.
